Maintenance, done the way a service should be.

Which platform is your site on?

WordPress and other CMS platforms

The most maintenance-hungry, and where a plan matters most. Updates arrive constantly, and an unpatched plugin is the most common way a small business site gets compromised.

Static and Jamstack sites

Less to go wrong. No plugins to patch, no database, a smaller attack surface. Essential is often enough.

Hosted platforms (Squarespace, Wix, Shopify)

The platform handles its own security and updates, so you are not paying us for that. A plan buys content time, form and checkout testing, and someone who picks up the phone.

Headless and custom builds

Dependency management, integration monitoring, build pipeline health. Usually Standard or Priority.

What it costs to start

The onboarding fee is waived on a 12 month commitment.

Common questions

What happens if my site goes down?

Uptime monitoring alerts us, usually before you notice. We investigate and get you back online, and you get an explanation of what happened.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, up or down, with 30 days notice. Most people start on Essential and move up when they find they want the content time.

What if I don’t use my hours?

Unused hours roll over for one month, then expire. If you never use them, you are probably on the wrong plan and we will say so.

Do you host the site as well?

We can, billed separately at cost. Or we work with your existing host. Hosting is not bundled into the plan price.

Is there a contract?

Rolling monthly, 30 days notice either side. No minimum term unless you take the onboarding fee waiver, which needs 12 months.

What if I need more than my included hours?

We quote the extra before starting. Nothing gets billed that you have not agreed to first.

If your site doesn’t need a plan, we’ll tell you.

Some sites are simple enough to look after themselves, or need a one-off fix rather than a monthly plan. We would rather say so than sign you up for something you do not need.

Send us your site and we will give you a straight answer.
